Sequa Corporation (NYSE: SQA-A) today announced that its Precoat Metals division has acquired the assets of Chesapeake Finished Metals (CFM), located in Elkridge, Maryland, from Chicago Metallic Corporation. This acquisition completes a process that began in January 2007 with the purchase of the assets of Chicago Finished Metals in Bridgeview, Illinois.
